Venue & Timing
We’ll be tying the knot at Eucalyptus Taverna in Agios Stefanos Kassiopi, a beautiful beachside spot with stunning views. The venue will be exclusively ours for the day, so once you arrive, there’s no need to travel anywhere else—just enjoy the celebrations!
The ceremony will take place at 4:00 PM, so please arrive between 3:00 - 3:30 PM to settle in and soak up the atmosphere.
Timeline:
- 15:00-15:30 - Guests Arrive
- 16:00-16:30 - Ceremony
- 16:30-17:30 - Cocktail Hour
- 18:00-20:00 - Buffet Dinner
- 20:15-20:30 - First Dance
- 20:30-00:00 - Party
To make things easier, Dan and Gee have booked a number of minibuses to take up to 90 guests from Kassiopi to the venue and back. The minibuses will wait to pickup guests just south of Kassiopi (see map below). Minibuses will be leaving at 3pm, so guests should arrive punctually. The minibuses will then return guests to Kassiopi at midnight (12pm) after the reception. The cost for this transport is one payment of €20 per head (including children). That €20 gets you there and back. This needs to be paid to Gee and Dan before travelling to Corfu. We highly recommend taking this option as it is relatively cheap and taxis are limited in Kassiopi.
Look for the following sign in the minibus window:

If you are driving, there is a car park 5 minutes walk from the venue. Please avoid using the car park at the taverna as it is small and will be used by the vendors on the day.
Dress Code
May temperatures in Corfu can vary, so please wear something that keeps you cool and comfortable while still looking stylish for the occasion.
Ladies – Wear whatever makes you feel good! Don’t stress about avoiding white—we know how tricky holiday shopping can be. If you love heels, go for it, but bear in mind that the ceremony is on a beach, and the taverna floor may not be heel-friendly. Comfy shoes like sandals, wedges, or trainers are perfect. The only thing we ask is that skirts aren’t too short.
Gents – Feel free to wear smart shorts, linen trousers, shirts, and trainers or sandals. Keep it cool, relaxed, and ready for dancing!
After the formalities, Gee fully expects you to be up and tearing up the dance floor, so make sure you can move in whatever you choose!
As the evening goes on, the sea breeze may get a little chilly, so bringing an extra layer might be a good idea.
Food
We’ll be serving a Greek-style buffet packed with delicious, traditional dishes, as well as some more familiar options. The food will be informal, so you can eat what you like, when you like.
- - We’ll have vegan and vegetarian options available.
- - If you have any allergies or dietary requirements (we already know about a severe nut allergy), please let us know when you RSVP so we can inform the taverna.
The End of the Night
The venue closes at midnight, but if you’re not ready for the night to end, the mini buses will be dropping all guests from Kassiopi back at the junction. There are plenty of bars at Kassiopi which will be open. Head toward the harbour and you should find a good spot to carry on the celebrations!
We can’t wait to celebrate with you all and make unforgettable memories in Corfu! 💙
